Integrative Yoga
Integrative Yoga with Fitness Professional Paul K. Smith empowers individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being by applying the philosophy and practice of yoga. This session is a healing journey that enhances physical, psychological and spiritual wellness and benefits those experiencing specific health or life challenges. Sessions may include asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), mudras (hand positions to direct subtle energy), mantras (chanting), and meditation and relaxation techniques. Personalized written instructions will be provided so the healing process can continue at home.

Schedule a session of Yoga for Allergies and Asthma with Fitness Professional Tina McKinney for guidance on managing and minimizing these annoying symptoms. In this consultation, you will learn yoga breathing techniques and specific movements to strengthen the respiratory system. You will also receive a Neti pot for nasal cleansing, 10 pre-measured salt packets, and instructions for their use.

Phoenix Rising Yoga is a combination of classical yoga and elements of contemporary mind-body psychology that facilitates a powerful release of physical and emotional tension. Fitness Professional Anne Irving will guide you through assisted yoga postures and non-directive dialogue allowing you to experience the connection of your physical and emotional selves. By holding and exploring this connection, personal growth, insight, and healing are fostered resulting in a more balanced and content outlook.
