Lake Austin Spa Resort
Guest Services Coordinator - Full Time
Excellent customer service skills required. Prior hospitality experience preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule (day and evening shifts). Must have Texas drivers license and excellent driving record.
Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Part time. Monday through Friday shifts 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Must be at least 21 years old, have valid TX driver's license and clean driving record.
Dining Room Servers - Part time: Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends & holidays. Prior experience preferred.
Marketing Manager - Full Time: Must have 4 to 5 years prior experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the property's e-marketing efforts and collateral. He or she will work closely with the digital agency for website management including back-end technologies for website maintenance, email deployment, social media, Google Analytics and e-commerce. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the branding agency on all print efforts and database management. This position will be responsible for all property collateral and its inventory management and will also work closely with vendors and partners in the development and maintenance of its website and content.
LakeHouse Spa
Nail Technician - On-call: requires flexible availability.
Massage Therapists - On call: Must have at least two years of hands-on, licensed experience. Texas massage therapist license required.
Ladies' Locker Room Hostess - Part Time: Includes working weekends. Some light cleaning required.
Men’s Locker Room/Pool Attendant: Part Time - Seasonal
Esthetician - On Call: Must have at least two years of hands-on, licensed experience.
Spa Front Desk Coordinator - Full Time
Knowledge of effective customer service techniques and skills. Experience with money transactions helpful. Must be available to work flexible schedule including holidays, weekends and evenings.
LakeHouse Spa Reservations - Part Time: Excellent customer service skills required. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays included.
Maintenance
General Maintenance Tech - Full Time: Performs general maintenance and repairs throughout the Resort and Spa, skill in the use of various trade tools including both hand and electric tools. Must be available to work weekends, if necessary.
Kitchen
Cook - Full Time: Must have prior experience. Knowledge of pantry cook duties and pastry/baking a plus; Austin Food Handlers Certification required. May include working weekends and holidays.
Grounds
Groundskeeper - Full Time: Previous experience preferred; flexible availability including weekends.
Activities
Yoga and Fitness Professional - On call. Must have certification for yoga and group fitness instruction.
